Monga: the assistance platform for technical management of real estate assets

Monga uses technology to support real estate professionals and their occupants in handling all their technical queries, from maintenance to structural work. This start-up is one of the “100 start-ups to invest in 2022” selected by Challenges.

Capital required: 1.5 million euros

Avidan Koubi (32) was a tenant in an apartment managed by Nexity, and when his boiler broke down, he couldn’t reach his rental manager. After this bad experience, this real estate services pro tries to understand: “The technical management of a property represents 70% of a real estate professional’s working time”, he explains. With his partner Kevin Valensi (31), he created Monga. This intelligent technical management platform offers three solutions. The first, for real estate professionals, is a dashboard that centralizes and intelligently filters requests. The second, for occupants, is an application that enables them to make a request quickly and track its processing in real time. It generates follow-up data and provides the best possible response to the tenant’s needs. Finally, an application is planned to put the manager in touch with partner craftsmen for optimal handling of requests. Launched in 2020, the company generated 1.3 million euros last year and hopes for 7 million by 2022. “Our customers range from local estate agencies to large corporations like Nexity or Foncia,” boasts Avidan Koubi. We’ve just won a tender against Vinci and Bouygues Construction.” Monga has even seduced Pauline Duval, the first woman in the business angels’ rankings, whose platform is her first investment in real estate. The founders are looking to raise 1.5 million to strengthen their human resources and develop a technical pool by the end of the year.
